Executive Assistant to Founder

A fast-growing, venture-backed startup is looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support its Founder & CEO. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team tackling ambitious challenges with a product that’s gaining traction with some of the most influential companies in the world.

As the right hand to the Founder, you’ll play a critical role in managing communication, aligning priorities, and keeping the executive operating at full capacity.

The Role: Executive Assistant to Founder

The City: NYC, NY (Onsite)

The Money: $140k - 160k Base

The Day-to-Day:

• Monitor and organize a high-volume inbox, prioritize time-sensitive messages, and flag strategic follow-ups.
• Build systems to track conversations, decisions, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain a structured schedule that balances focus time with internal and external priorities.
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
