Help drive execution across the entire company
We’re growing our Leadership team and hiring our second Executive Assistant to increase leverage for our founders and ensure DualEntry runs at peak speed. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team, and help bring DualEntry’s AI-native ERP platform to market.

Where you’ll create impact
As part of our EA team, you’ll:
- Own executive-level scheduling, prioritization, and communication
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and leadership team, ensuring focus stays on the most important strategic priorities
- Drive internal coordination - keeping cross-functional initiatives aligned and moving forward
- Manage investor, customer, and partner communications on behalf of the leadership team.
- Manage and support the HR team (onboarding, scheduling, coordination in the team, documentation)
- Manage the speed
- Build the operational foundation for scaling — from meeting cadences to information flow
What sets you up for success
- 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a high-intensity operational role
- Experience working directly with founders, C-level executives, or investors in a fast-paced environment
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly proactive
- Excellent communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast context-switching
- Trusted with sensitive information and discreet by default

- Base Salary: $85K–130K
