As our AI Product Manager, you’ll lead features across the product end-to-end with design and engineering.

This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Where you'll create impact

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for 5 features in parallel
• Translate complex accounting workflows into actionable and simple requirements
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design
• Define and manage the roadmap and product strategy
• Ensure product reliability, accuracy, and usability
• Align with product marketing, GTM, and sales (2-way)
• Contribute to internal processes and tools that help us ship fast

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Fluency with AI/ML tooling, LLMs, and applying AI to product workflows
• Hands-on with the latest AI tools - you've built with agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI and live in Claude/GPT/Cursor
• Comfortable with engineering teams and technical trade-offs
• Clear, direct communicator
• Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple work streams
• Excited to work in the office with an ambitious, fast-moving team
• Technical experience (CS, engineering) is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $45,000 - $65,000
• Base salary: $140,000 - $200,000
