RMIS Manager (Origami), large diversified private co. in Seattle, room for growth (4 days onsite/Seattle):
NEW RMIS Manager opportunity with a large diversified private company in Seattle. This is a newly created role within Risk Management, designed to provide additional expertise with RMIS management and succession planning for the future. This is a hands-on role, working in the day-to-day operations with RMIS at the corporate level, collaborating closely with multiple business units and operating companies, overseeing RMIS functionality organization-wide. Develop policies and procedures for data integrity and streamlining data feeds from 3rd party admins and ERP’s from owned operating companies. Lead system audits, enhance RMIS reporting, tracking trends and metrics. Research the utilization of additional modules, work with IT on troubleshooting issues, enhance customized reporting. Serve as the SME and key liaison between IT, Risk Management, and Safety departments, training teams on RMIS. Ideal for 5 years experience, BA in Business Administration or MIS (or related), SQL experience preferred. Seeking a strong Project Management mindset. Experience with ORIGAMI, RISK CONNECT, or STARRS strongly preferred (or other RMIS systems). Comp range to $150K DOE bonus, excellent benefits, room for growth, this role is 4 days a week onsite in Seattle.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
