Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller, Seattle real estate group launching a new fund! (Onsite/Seattle):

NEW Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller opportunity with a prestigious Seattle real estate firm. Ideal for BA, 5 years in real estate/construction/development/property management, CPA preferred, Yardi experience. Manage a portfolio of complex commercial properties, preparing monthly financial reporting packages. Take the lead on budget prep for the portfolio, reviewing CAM recs and leases, reviewing capital calls, loan draws, supporting audit, tax, and joint special projects with the Capital Markets team. Comp range to $155K significant bonus, great benefits. This is an onsite job in DT Seattle.

Salary : $130,000 - $155,000
