The Controller serves as senior accounting leader and a key business partner to the CFO and executive team. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with full ownership of the accounting function — from daily operations through SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and M&A support.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with meaningful time in a
public company environment.
• CPA designation required (active).
• Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) and SOX compliance in a
publicly traded company environment.
• M&A experience including financial due diligence, purchase accounting (ASC 805), and
post-close integration.
Salary : $200,000 - $230,000
