Part-time Project Manager

Job Title: Junior Project Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Reports to: Creative Brand Operations Manager

Location: Remote but US based.

Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Contract: Through End of Year 2025 (Potential for extension based on workload)

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic, fast-moving team on a part-time, ongoing contract basis. You will work closely with our Marketing Operations Manager and Brand team to ensure the seamless execution of creative marketing projects. This role is crucial in driving timelines, overseeing task management, and facilitating communication across teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and project management, ensuring tasks are accurately tracked and completed in Monday.com
• Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are uploaded, reviewed, and approved in accordance with project milestones
• Coordinate the production of creative/brand marketing assets like videos, ebooks, and other long-form content, trade show materials, etc.
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to provide project updates, clarify task requirements, and resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure proper version control and documentation management for creative assets, making sure all materials are stored and organized within Monday.com
• Collaborate with the Creative Brand Operations Manager to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Use Monday.com (or similar tools like Workfront, Basecamp, Asana) to ensure daily task tracking and project status updates
  
  

Required Skills & Quali?cations

• Strong understanding of creative marketing project work?ows and creative team operations, including the development of digital marketing assets (videos, ebooks, trade show assets, sales materials, etc.)
• Pro?ciency in Monday.com (strongly preferred) or similar project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Basecamp)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and provide regular status updates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially regarding document management and task tracking
• Previous experience managing timelines and working within cross-functional creative teams
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, maintaining focus and productivity
  
  

The pay for this W-2 contract position ranges from $28.50 – $34 per hour.
