This includes writing clear and concise marketing briefs, leveraging consumer insights to inform strategy, and managing campaign recaps and reporting.
You will also handle ad hoc projects and administrative tasks, ensuring strong follow-up and timely delivery to support the team’s overall success.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing with category-leading brands
- Passion for brand strategy, culture, and consumer engagement with a strong foundation in integrated marketing
- Proficient in Keynote and experienced in developing marketing and creative briefs
- Familiar with consumer insights, market research, and competitor analysis
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional partners across media, social, digital, PR, sales, creative, and leadership
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Hungry, curious, and eager to bring fresh insights and ideas

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Background in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management
- Experience working with Tier 1 talent and high-profile campaigns is a plus
- This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (3 days on-site per week)
- The pay for this W-2 position is $56.50 per hour
- This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked
