This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.
Summary
Our Marketing & Services team is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Digital Creative Senior Producer to drive key marketing deliverables for large-scale B2B initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, results-oriented professional with extensive experience managing multiple creative deliverables across cross-functional teams. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of marketing assets, including requirements gathering, creative development, and go-to-market execution.
Our Ideal Candidate
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end creation of key marketing assets for large-scale go-to-market efforts. You’ll partner with product, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and creative direction, ensuring smooth delivery of customer-facing assets. This includes coordinating creative and copy deliverables, hosting effective meetings and reviews, tracking progress, anticipating roadblocks, and driving decision-making across work streams.
You will also establish systems and documentation to keep stakeholders informed, support cross-functional alignment, and uphold the team’s high standards of storytelling and creative execution.

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires a hybrid work schedule: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.
The pay for this W-2 position is $63.40 per hour.
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.

- 6 years of experience in digital production, project management, or operations within a creative/marketing agency or global brand
- Passion for marketing and creative production, with a strong foundation in process management and campaign delivery
- Proficient in project management tools and workflows, with strong organizational and coordination skills
- Familiar with lifecycle marketing, SaaS/B2B products, or subscription-based services
- Skilled in collaborating with product, design, business, and engineering teams
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience facilitating meetings and reviews with senior stakeholders a plus

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Background in marketing, digital production, design, or creative operations
- Preferred: experience working in highly matrixed organizations, managing large-scale customer-facing activations, or supporting B2B products
