Our client is looking for a highly organized creative ops partner who can keep our paid social campaigns running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is about project management, pitching new ideas, asset management, and cross-team support through a creative lens perfect for someone who loves the creative process, has big ideas, understands paid social, and knows how to keep it all on track.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.

- Coordinate creative projects from kickoff to delivery ensuring deadlines are hit and assets move smoothly through the pipeline.
- Manage asset libraries, organize files, and maintain back-end server structure for easy access version control.
- Track creative deliverables across video, static, and motion to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Liaise between designers, editors, and strategists to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Support creative testing by managing versions, uploads, and documentation.
- Stay in tune with paid social best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) to understand the needs of the team.
- Strong passion for social and the ability to pitch fresh new concepts
- 2 years in creative project coordination or production management (agency or in-house marketing team experience a plus).
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and strong at multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills able to bridge between creative and strategy teams.
- Familiar with creative workflows for paid social (experience with Airtable, Asana, or other PM tools a plus).
- Eager to grow within a fast-paced, performance-focused creative team.
