Summary
We are seeking a Photo Producer to oversee photoshoots and licensing commissions that support some of our organization’s most high-visibility applications. This role collaborates with creative leads to manage productions end-to-end—from project brief through capture and post-production—while ensuring seamless execution across multiple concurrent projects.
Our Ideal Candidate
In this role, you will produce photoshoots and manage licensing commissions to support on-product experiences. You’ll partner with creative leads, art directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects. This includes negotiating photographer contracts and fees, managing budgets, coordinating shoot logistics, and overseeing post-production deliverables.
You will also maintain organized documentation, archives, and workflows to support the broader photography team’s success and operational efficiency.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 8 years of experience in photo production
- Passion for photography with strong knowledge of global photographers and agencies across editorial, commercial, and unit scales
- Proficient in contract and fee negotiation, budget management, and production workflows
- Skilled in managing productions independently, from concept through delivery
- Familiar with licensing, rights management, and large-scale project coordination
- Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with creative, production, and external vendor teams
- Able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communicator with excellent time and project management skills
- Positive, proactive team player with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in photography, communications, production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in photo production and licensing management
- Portfolio of prior work at Producer level or higher
- Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in Culver City, CA
- Occasional travel may be required (about once every three months)
- The pay for this W-2 position is $91 per hour
- This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
