Localization Project Manager III

Key Responsibilities
- Manage localization projects supporting digital commerce and customer-facing experiences across multiple international platforms
- Coordinate localization workflows using translation management systems and translation memory tools
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external localization vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of localized content
- Provide clear project direction, requirements, and localization guidelines to language vendors and partner teams
- Serve as a point of contact for urgent localization requests from regional and international teams
- Support Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA) efforts for campaigns, engineering releases, programs, and new product launches
- Build and maintain reporting related to localization operations and project performance
- Participate in project handoff and review meetings to identify localization requirements and dependencies
- Collaborate with global Localization Project and Program Managers to align on processes, best practices, and workflow improvements
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- 5 years of project or program management experience in localization, globalization, internationalization, or related production environments
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience working with international and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with translation management systems and localization workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating presentations and documentation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited direction in ambiguous environments
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences through localized content
- Experience in product, software, or digital content localization
- Experience working with localization vendors and language specialist teams
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
