You’ll oversee production from pre-pro through delivery, managing partners, coordinating teams, and keeping projects moving with precision and creative flair.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for photo, video, and integrated brand campaigns.
- Translate creative direction into actionable production plans, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across creative, strategy, marketing, and legal, as well as external agencies and production vendors.
- Manage RFPs, crew sourcing, timelines, and post-production deliverables for content across multiple channels.
- Drive editorial and post-production processes to ensure milestones are met and brand consistency maintained.
- Support the development of production strategies, pitch materials, and project documentation.
- Operate confidently in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and serve as the creative team’s operational anchor.
- 7 years of experience in creative production, preferably within an agency or integrated brand environment.
- Strong background managing video and photo content, including post-production and editing workflows.
- Deep understanding of creative operations, timelines, and vendor management.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to jump in and lead projects independently.
- Skilled in Google Workspace, with comfort navigating large-scale creative environments.
- Portfolio or campaign links showcasing relevant work.
- Experience working in tech, real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) or Figma.
- A strategic yet hands-on approach to balancing creative ambition with production discipline.
- Willingness to travel occasionally if projects require on-site support.

Salary : $58 - $60
