What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Producer position at Ascend Viral?
Location: Seattle, WA (In-person collaboration required)
Type: Contract / Short-Term (2 months, with potential to extend if we perform exceptionally)
About the Role
I’m looking for a Creative Producer to join me for an intensive two-month production sprint in Seattle. The goal is simple: maximize creative output and deliverables. We’ll be developing, scripting, and producing a wide range of high-quality, visually engaging content with a clear focus on impact and efficiency.
This is not a corporate environment—it’s fast-moving, hands-on, and built around results. Every day will revolve around taking ideas and turning them into finished creative pieces.
About Me
I’m Ethan Adams, founder of Ascend Viral, a digital marketing company I built from the ground up. I’ve spent the past decade creating content, analyzing viral trends, and building brands that connect with real audiences. I move quickly, think strategically, and expect the same level of commitment and creativity from anyone I work with.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate directly with me to turn abstract ideas into actionable creative plans
- Research and analyze viral content to uncover effective storytelling patterns
- Write and refine scripts, outlines, and production plans
- Oversee and assist with photography, videography, and on-set creative direction
- Manage shoot planning and maximize efficiency during production days
- Contribute to establishing a consistent visual and stylistic identity
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of storytelling, scriptwriting, and content strategy
- Experience in photography, videography, and production management
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-output creative environment
- Self-starter mentality and strong organizational skills
- Based in Seattle area and available for regular in-person collaboration
The Commitment
This is a focused 2-month collaboration aimed at producing a large body of work efficiently and at a high standard. If the chemistry and results are great, there’s real potential to continue long-term.
Send me your resume—but more importantly, be prepared to:
- Share projects you’ve worked on that showcase your creativity and skill
- Include links or examples of work that inspires you
- Share any social media marketing experience (if any)
- Tell me what your current schedule looks like
- And most importantly, tell me what interests you about this 2-month sprint and why you think you’d thrive in this environment
Compensation:
$6,000 per month. $12,000 total.
Note: All applicants must be located in Seattle-area. Job begins as soon as possible. If your LinkedIn location is not in Washington state, your application is going to be automatically rejected.
Salary : $6,000
