Summary
The Content Scheduling team is responsible for developing release strategies that maximize audience engagement, subscriber growth, and retention. We’re looking for a Content Scheduling Associate to help create and manage planning schedules, track competitive programming releases, and support data-driven scheduling strategies for a slate of original content.
Our Ideal Candidate
In this role, you will support the development and execution of release strategies for original content. You’ll partner with production, strategy, and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are current, accurate, and aligned with business goals. This includes maintaining and updating scheduling documentation, tracking competitive release dates, and analyzing performance data to recommend adjustments that improve audience engagement.
You will also attend production meetings, support ad-hoc scheduling projects, and assist with long-term planning initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the content strategy team.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in media, entertainment, or a related field
- Passion for film, television, and programming strategy, with a strong analytical mindset
- Proficient in Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and Numbers
- Familiar with content scheduling, data analysis, and performance tracking
- Skilled in collaborating with production, marketing, and cross-functional teams
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing production timelines and strategic needs
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Background in programming strategy, content operations, or media planning
- Preferred: Experience with competitive analysis and performance reporting tools
- This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid on-site work
- The pay for this W-2 position is $45.15 per hour
- This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
Salary : $45
