Content Strategy & Programming Team
This is a 9-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Culver City, CA.
Summary
The Content Strategy & Programming team develops release strategies for a leading streaming platform’s original content. We are looking for a Content Scheduling Associate to support the development and communication of content rollout plans. This role will contribute to optimizing content performance and viewer engagement through data-driven scheduling strategies.
Our Ideal Candidate
In this role, you will support the content scheduling process by maintaining and updating release calendars, communicating scheduling changes to internal teams, and tracking performance data to inform rollout strategies.
You’ll partner with production, post-production, and marketing teams to align timing across functions and provide insights on scheduling optimizations. This includes attending production meetings, analyzing competitive release trends, and suggesting adjustments to maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You will also assist with long-term and ad-hoc scheduling projects, ensuring the overall success of the content programming team.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $42.00 – $45.10 per hour

- 1–3 years of experience in content scheduling, media operations, or a related field
- Passion for entertainment and programming strategy with a strong foundation in analytics and scheduling
- Proficient in Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and Numbers, with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiar with cross-functional workflows between production, post, and strategy teams
- Skilled in collaborating with production, marketing, and strategy teams
- Able to work independently and manage multiple shifting deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
- A data-informed thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
