This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Summary

Music Content Design is seeking a skilled and experienced Content Design Producer to lead brand and design initiatives for the Music team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end creative production—from concept and brief development through to delivery—ensuring timely and high-quality execution of brand and design projects. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, contributing to the broader creative vision while maintaining strategic and tactical oversight of multiple projects.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 4 years of experience in creative or design production, ideally within an advertising agency or in-house creative team
• Passion for music and design, with a strong foundation in creative project management and brand development
• Proficient in managing project briefs, schedules, design workflows, and asset delivery
• Familiar with working with internal creative teams and external vendor partners
• Skilled in collaborating with design, engineering, and product teams
• Able to work independently, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and business needs
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve creatively and tactically
  
  

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee brand and design production for a dedicated music content stream.

You’ll Partner With Cross-functional Stakeholders, Design Managers, Vendors, And Engineering Teams To Ensure Assets Are Delivered On Time, Aligned With Creative Expectations, And Support Business Goals. This Includes

• Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple concurrent creative projects
• Managing communications, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Running design reviews, brainstorms, and workshops, capturing action items and decisions
• Reporting project health to leadership and escalating blockers as needed
• Supporting smooth handoffs between design and engineering teams to maintain creative integrity
• Improving internal processes and communication across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in creative production, project management, or brand/marketing design
• Previous experience in a music, entertainment, or media-related environment a plus

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $53.00 – $57.71 per hour.
