Requirements
Preferred candidates will possess the following:
Skills And Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- 1–4 years of customer service or related experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and order management required.
- Manufacturing or industrial/technical background preferred. Blueprint reading required.
