Customer Support Representative – Product Troubleshooting & Parts
Customer First Service is an inbound call center and parts distribution facility seeking a motivated and dependable Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will assist customers with troubleshooting and repairing consumer products, with a primary focus on bicycles and ride-on toys. You will also help process warranty parts and after-market parts sales. We will provide training on our products so you can confidently support customers and help resolve their concerns.

Responsibilities
- Handle and respond professionally to inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and diagnosing product issues
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and clear communication
- Help customers with warranty claims and after-market parts needs
- Strive to resolve customer concerns on the first call
- Communicate with customers in a patient, professional, and empathetic manner
- Maintain accurate records and complete basic computer-based tasks
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable use of desktop computer systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of customers
- Customer-focused mindset with patience, compassion, and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Logical problem-solving ability
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Ability to learn how to diagnose and explain a variety of post-purchase product issues
- Strong organization and task prioritization skills
