Responsibilities
- Work at the front counter assisting customers with orders, quotes, and pick-ups
- Receive UPS shipments and deliveries
- Post shipment receipts into ERP system
- Process orders and generate quotes
- Field calls and emails direct from clients and process these orders
- Process issues of varying complexity (from delivery inquiries through to error resolution)
- Create and close cases in CRM or appropriate ERP solution
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging customer interactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
- 2 years of Customer Service experience required
- Inside sales experience preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and CRM and ERP or other ticketing system experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to solve issues
- Ability to work with a team and independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
