Regional Sales Manager - Great Lakes Region

Brief Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Great Lakes Region (MI, IN, OH, KY, WV) Case Packing and Palletizing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new accounts within the territory. Considered Applicants must reside in the Great Lakes region of the United States to be considered for this remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Actively seek out and develop new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5years of experience in industrial sales,
• Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems
• Strong proven abilities to manage technical selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Great Lakes territory. (MI, IN, OH, KY, WV)
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
