Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Actively seek out and develop new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers on our packaging systems.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networks
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales, strong understanding of packaging automation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
