What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing daily dispatching, routing, and scheduling operations
- Leading customer service and administrative teams
- Driving efficiency in technician utilization and job flow
- Tracking and improving KPIs (revenue, efficiency, call volume, etc.)
- Reviewing jobs for quality, profitability, and training opportunities
- Handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Supporting quoting, job approvals, and follow-up processes
- Ensuring proper documentation and communication in ServiceTitan
- Coaching team members through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and SOP development
- Proven experience leading operations or service teams
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution
- Experience improving processes and team performance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar) preferred
