- Build and present service agreement proposals
- Manage a clean, active pipeline
- Maintain relationships with property & facility managers
- Coordinate with service teams for contract execution
- Track performance and forecast accurately
- Consistent contract growth
- Strong client retention
- Clean handoff to operations
- Disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
What You Bring
- 2-5 years sales experience
- Strong communication & organization
- CRM proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC or service agreement sales experience
- Existing network in commercial property management
- ServiceTitan familiarity
- Recurring revenue = long-term income stability
- Strong earning potential with uncapped commission
