Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new commercial opportunities
- Schedule and conduct client appointments
- Develop accurate service agreement estimates based on site conditions
- Prepare and present professional proposals
- Maintain and document active pipeline and sales forecast
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with service and operations teams for smooth contract implementation
- Submit signed contract documentation within 24 hours
- Maintain market awareness of competitors and industry trends
Required
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent sales experience
- 2-5 years of proven sales success
- Strong time and activity management
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial HVAC/R service sales experience
- Familiarity with service agreement pricing models
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM
- Existing network within commercial property management or facility maintenance sectors
- Takes ownership of revenue goals
- Understands margin and protects profitability
- Maintains disciplined follow-through on prospects
- Builds trust with facility and property managers
- Thinks long-term, not transactional
- Communicates clearly with operations and technical teams
