As a Senior Recruiter at Fanning- Masis, I assist my client companies, investment/asset/wealth management firms located in and around Boston which serve a private wealth and/or institutional client base, with their candidate recruitment process. I’m writing to inform you that one of my client companies, an asset management firm located in Boston, is seeking an HR Database Analyst; An individual to perform the daily administration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization’s HR systems by performing an array of tasks including configuring and maintaining system workflows, business processes, eligibility rules, security roles, and user access, supporting platform releases and enhancements by testing functionality and documenting changes while collaborating with HR during rollouts, troubleshooting and resolving system issues while working with vendors, ensuring users are working in an optimal fashion, and the like.
With that being said, this role is a FANTASTIC opportunity for an individual who possesses the ability to work effectively at the intersection of HR operations, systems, and data.
Compensation includes a base salary in the $90K- $105K range, depending on experience, plus bonus
