The Construction Equipment Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the full range of Martin Equipment products within the assigned territory. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting equipment demonstrations, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Palmyra, MO, requiring a motivated individual who thrives on personal interaction and delivering value to customers.
- Experience in Heavy Equipment sales, including knowledge of construction and forestry machinery.
- Proven success in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to understanding and meeting clients' needs.
- Demonstrated experience in Negotiation and closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Previous experience in the construction equipment industry or related sectors is a plus.
