What’s the Job?
- Coordinate project schedules, including tasks and subtasks with project managers and technical teams
- Develop and maintain an effective scheduling management system
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery
- Identify potential delays and support corrective actions proactively
- Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed
- 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling or project coordination (Level II)
- Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to schedule changes
