Overview
Leading consumer goods company looking for an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler. Ideal candidates should have previous experience managing project timelines, proficiency with Microsoft Office including strong Excel experience. 

Responsibilities

• Manage critical path project activities, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to support project progress.
• Track project details, follow-ups, and action items through completion.
• Consolidate project information and generate status reports.
• Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, to organize data and support reporting.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, or missing information and escalate as needed.
  

• Experience with critical path project management.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to generate reports from consolidated project data.
