Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Medical Devices

What’s the Job?
- Lead equipment and process validations including IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Support sustaining manufacturing initiatives and design improvements
- Drive Lean Manufacturing efforts and continuous improvement projects
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers
- Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Strong hands‑on validation background (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
- Experience supporting electromechanical assemblies
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Newark, DE
