- Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation of all plant building systems and equipment
- Supervise and manage engineering and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and development
- Create and update preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans
- Participate in client-facing and property team communications regularly
- Lead, create, and manage the engineering budget and assist in capital improvement planning
- 7 years of related experience, especially in a leadership role such as Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer
- Strong background in HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical systems such as compressors, chillers, and exhaust fans
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably work on ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service
