Our client is seeking a Fire Alam Programmer to join their team. Looking for a candidate with one to two years’ experience in fire alarm programming. Someone who has experience with Simplex, Fire Lite or Siemens. This role is 70% programming and covers basic and Intermediate programming on fire alarm systems. The additional 30% of the time would cover troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of the systems that are being installed.

Job Title: Fire Alarm Programmer

What’s the Job?
- Perform basic to intermediate fire alarm system programming, primarily supporting systems from Simplex, Fire-Lite, and Siemens (70%)
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on SimplexGrinnell life safety product lines and comparable competitive systems
- Troubleshoot, test, and commission newly installed fire alarm systems
- Complete service requests with proper coding and maintain digital inspection documentation using a laptop.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; NICET certification preferred but not required.
- 1–2 years of experience in fire alarm programming
- Hands-on experience with Simplex, Fire-Lite, or Siemens fire alarm systems
- Reliable transportation required.
