What’s the Job?
- Oversee the complete packaging development process including design, prototyping, and testing
- Troubleshoot packaging issues related to materials, design, and processes, delivering cost-effective solutions
- Analyze product specifications to determine packaging requirements, safety standards, and materials
- Collaborate with global suppliers, engineering, product management, and sourcing teams
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across packaging materials, logistics, and operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience based on level (0–10 years depending on role level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in packaging design and development
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of packaging materials, testing methods, and manufacturing processes
