Job Title: Facilities - Planning Assistant
Location: El Segundo, CA (ONSITE)
Pay Range: $33.60 - $40.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Assist with in-house space planning for the campus, including workspace layouts, installation drawings, and reconfiguration plans
- Manage Facilities Work Orders to support user needs and project delivery
- Coordinate employee and department relocations across the campus
- Support small-scale furniture installations and office refresh projects, including ordering and execution
- Collaborate with IT, Security, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and project completion
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in Facilities, Workplace Services, or a related field
- Experience with AutoCAD (preferred) and CAFM systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to perform onsite coordination and walk the campus regularly
