- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling phone inquiries, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and special events to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant communications and insurance documentation management.
- Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoice processing to support property operations.
- Maintain and monitor property maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and reporting on status.
- High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and interact professionally with decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
