- Coordinate and facilitate end‑to‑end new hire onboarding for the Sales organization
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR‑related employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support
- Execute HR transactions and maintain employee records in Workday and related systems
- Partner with the Associate Service Center to resolve HR cases and ensure policy adherence
- Support HR projects, reporting, and administrative initiatives for HR leadership
- 5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or HR shared services
- Hands‑on experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, SAP, or Taleo
- Proven experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ, Monday through Thursday
