Job Title: Controls Engineer

What’s the Job?
- Lead controls engineering support for new and existing assembly equipment
- Implement and support PLC, CNC, HMI, servo, and VFD hardware and software
- Troubleshoot daily equipment performance issues to meet production KPIs
- Support manufacturing monitoring systems and interface with higher-level systems
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or 8 years equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of experience with PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, drives, and safety systems
- Knowledge of Siemens PLCs, drives, servos, and related software
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support manufacturing operations
