Job Title: HVACR Technician
Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay: $40-$45/hr.
What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Rack refrigeration, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, reach in, etc.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, applying technical expertise to minimize downtime and improve energy efficiency.
- Document all maintenance activities, update work order statuses in real-time, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for work management.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and maintain a valid driver’s license for travel between sites.
- Universal EPA certification.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Proficiency in using CMMS systems and basic computer applications such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to perform call-in work and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
