Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven full-cycle recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, focused on sourcing and securing top mid- to senior-level Operations talent across the organization. In this highly consultative role, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives, market conditions, and organizational priorities. With a strong talent-hunter mentality, you will proactively build diverse pipelines, champion our employer brand, and deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring leaders in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including intake, strategy development, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and pre-hire activities
Partner with and consult hiring leaders to understand business needs, position requirements, talent availability, and market conditions to develop effective recruiting strategies
Proactively source and engage qualified talent through networking, professional organizations, online platforms, databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
Develop and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
Serve as a talent advisor by providing guidance on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, compensation considerations, market trends, and the overall hiring process
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, HR partners, and internal and external stakeholders
Effectively communicate the organization's employee value proposition and employment opportunities to attract and engage high-quality talent
Deliver a consistent, professional, and best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
Embed employer brand, diversity, equity and inclusion, and equal employment opportunity principles throughout all recruiting and selection activities
Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining high responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail
Work effectively and independently with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders and executives
Maintain current knowledge of company programs, compensation practices, talent strategies, and relevant employment policies to effectively support hiring decisions
Skills
Strong full-cycle recruiting and direct sourcing capabilities with a proactive talent-hunter mindset
Consultative partnership and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels
Sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to align talent strategies with organizational priorities
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills with the ability to effectively market an employer brand
Demonstrated knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action, and employment law principles
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday ATS highly preferred
Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and how they influence each stage of the recruiting funnel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high requisition volumes in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed, adaptable, and results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality talent solutions
Experience
3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience including direct sourcing and corporate recruiting
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies that attract diverse talent pools
Proven experience in consultative partnership with business leaders to define and fulfill talent needs
Prior Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required; Workday ATS highly preferred
Ability to travel occasionally and commute to events and company locations as needed
