MAFÉ Resources is partnering with a well-established and growing construction organization seeking a Talent Acquisition / HR Program Leader to support continued expansion throughout South Florida.
This role is ideal for a talent acquisition professional who understands project-driven hiring environments and can help build scalable recruiting programs aligned with operational growth and workforce planning needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for construction and operational positions including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Project Engineers, and corporate support roles
• Partner closely with operations leadership and hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with active project demands and future growth initiatives
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both field and leadership-level positions
• Standardize and improve recruiting processes, onboarding workflows, and hiring practices across teams
• Manage recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring efficiency to support business decision-making
• Support workforce planning initiatives tied to project backlog, expansion, and regional growth
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining urgency in fast-paced hiring environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and leadership teams to improve hiring outcomes and long-term retention
Qualifications
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR program management, or related HR leadership roles
• Prior experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project-driven industries strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting for technical and operational roles in high-growth environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
• Experience improving recruiting processes and implementing scalable hiring practices
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms and recruiting analytics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Experience
• Construction industry recruiting experience
• Workforce planning or multi-site recruiting support
• Experience partnering directly with operational leadership teams
• Metrics-driven recruiting and reporting experience

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
