Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial systems within a complex business environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT teams, helping drive system performance, reporting accuracy, process optimization, and ongoing ERP enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials, particularly within General Ledger and financial reporting tools, along with experience supporting additional finance modules such as Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Lease Administration, or Cash Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities across multiple financial system modules
- Analyze and troubleshoot system-related issues while partnering with technical teams on enhancements and resolutions
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing, implementations, and production support activities
- Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions using tools such as nVision, BI Publisher, and PeopleSoft Query
- Support workflow configurations and approval processes within the ERP environment
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to identify process improvements and streamline operational efficiencies
- Coordinate testing, documentation, training, and deployment efforts for system changes and enhancements
- Monitor helpdesk requests and support end users with functional and system-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and internal control requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field
- 5 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials or comparable ERP platforms
- Strong expertise in General Ledger support, nVision reporting, and financial systems configuration.
- Worked for Large organizations on the Financial Analysis side.
- Experience supporting additional financial modules such as AP, Asset Management, Lease Administration, or Cash Management preferred
- Knowledge of BI Publisher, PeopleSoft Query, AWE workflows, and ERP reporting tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience participating in ERP upgrades, enhancements, and enterprise system implementations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working within project-driven environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $110K–$120K
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 remote
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) match starting on day one
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
