What will you be doing:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full cycle recruitment function; work with our hiring managers to determine needs and attract first-rate talent to ensure lasting placements. You will be engaging, interviewing, assessing, selecting, recommending quality candidates, negotiating offers and assisting talent through the on-boarding process, as well as coordination of internal placements. The specialist will communicate, and act as a brand ambassador at job fairs, at college campuses, and other events. The incumbent is responsible to build/maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future positions using creative sourcing methods while leveraging technology while partnering with our stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for candidates from the first contact to onboarding with the team.
What will you come with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business and/or Human Resources discipline or equivalent staffing and recruiting related experience
- Three to five years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Clear understanding of the recruitment process
- Knowledge of HRIS – ATS, UKG a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Graphic design a plus
