A growing organization is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across end-user computing, workplace technology, and infrastructure operations. This role will support users, devices, systems, and technology services while helping maintain a reliable and efficient technology environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, working with modern workplace technologies, and gaining exposure to infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and operational support functions.
What You'll Tackle:
- Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint devices and user workstations.
- Support user account administration, access requests, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration tools, and directory services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and endpoint-related issues.
- Support technology deployments, hardware refresh initiatives, and inventory management activities.
- Assist with networking issues, connectivity troubleshooting, and infrastructure support.
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base content.
- Manage and resolve support requests through established ticketing and service management processes.
- Assist with system updates, patching activities, operational projects, and technology improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to support day-to-day technology operations.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, technical support, or help desk environments.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows-based workstations and endpoint devices.
- Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar identity platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
- Exposure to endpoint management and device administration tools.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching, routing, connectivity, and infrastructure concepts.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a user-facing support environment.
- Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting enterprise technology environments.
- Exposure to infrastructure projects, virtualization, networking, or systems administration.
- Familiarity with endpoint management, monitoring, automation, or security tools.
- Understanding of patching, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Security , Microsoft, or equivalent credentials.
