Job Description of Role:
Design and implement standardized Okta IGA reports covering Access Requests and Group Creation activities
Develop repeatable reporting mechanisms suitable for operational reviews, audits, and compliance requirements
Analyze existing Okta reporting capabilities and recommend scalable reporting approaches
Design solutions to address Okta IGA three-year data retention limitations
Build mechanisms to retrieve historical governance data from AWS S3 repositories
Define historical data structures, mapping logic, and transformation requirements to align with Okta-generated reports
Create dashboards, report cards, and reporting interfaces for business users
Develop reporting automation to minimize manual effort and improve consistency
Partner with business, audit, compliance, and security teams to gather and refine reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across governance reporting solutions
Document reporting architecture, processes, and operational procedures
Support governance, compliance, and audit initiatives through reporting enhancements
Enable long-term self-service reporting capabilities for business stakeholders
