What You'll Tackle:
- Oversee daily operations for enterprise data integrations, batch workflows, and production data pipelines.
- Monitor operational health, identify risks, and coordinate issue resolution across critical data processes.
- Partner with distributed support teams to manage incidents, SLA commitments, and workflow dependencies.
- Support business-critical data operations across multiple functional domains.
- Improve monitoring, documentation, controls, operational procedures, and execution standards.
- Assist with modernization initiatives involving cloud-based data platforms and next-generation integration technologies.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, operational governance, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, availability, and operational reliability.
- Contribute to automation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and resiliency.
- Support deployment readiness, operational validation, and production implementation activities.
What You Bring:
- 7 years of experience supporting enterprise data operations, integration platforms, or production environments.
- Strong hands-on SQL and Python experience.
- Experience supporting batch processing, ETL workflows, data pipelines, and integration processes.
- Strong understanding of production support, operational governance, and incident management.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to communicate technical and operational impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting release management, operational controls, and production stability initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms and distributed processing technologies.
- Exposure to Databricks, Spark, PySpark, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale data modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with lakehouse architectures, cloud migration efforts, or enterprise analytics platforms.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore support teams.
