Our client is seeking a Junior Business Manager to support a technology enablement function that provides reporting, communication, and analytical insights to senior leadership. This role focuses on interpreting large datasets, preparing executive-ready presentations, and improving visibility into technology initiatives, resources, and operational performance. You will partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to strengthen program reporting and decision-making.
What You’ll Tackle
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and operational insights
• Develop clear reporting, dashboards, and visual presentations for leadership
• Support portfolio oversight, workforce planning, and initiative tracking
• Translate technology updates into business-focused summaries and recommendations
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources
• Prepare materials for executive reviews and governance meetings
• Collaborate across teams to support program updates and communication
• Monitor KPIs and performance indicators tied to technology initiatives
What You Bring
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, modeling, and macros
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and presenting clear business insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill information for non-technical audiences
• Background in business analysis, business management, PMO support, or data reporting roles
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Experience preparing dashboards or structured reporting for leadership
• Familiarity with technology environments and project status reporting
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
• Understanding of IT concepts, data governance, or technology portfolio management
• Prior experience supporting CIO, COO, or central business management functions
