Madison Davis is expanding — and our Accounting & Finance division is busier than ever. We’re hiring a Perm Recruiter to join a powerhouse team working on roles from Staff Accountant to CFO across a wide range of industries, with a strong footprint in financial services.
This isn’t a cold-desk role. You’ll walk into a division with a deep client base, active searches, and a steady stream of new openings ready to fill. You’ll have the backing of an experienced leadership team, best-in-class tools, and a clear path to grow your career — and your earnings — quickly.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit top accounting and finance professionals for permanent roles — from staff and senior accountants to controllers, VPs, and CFOs.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, presenting, negotiating, and closing offers.
- Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, team structures, and growth plans.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative sourcing to uncover top talent in audit, SEC reporting, FP&A, and corporate accounting.
- Build and nurture long-term candidate and client relationships for repeat success.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape recruiting strategy and division growth.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
