Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (50%):
- Identify and secure new client opportunities across Insurance & Financial Services
- Conduct compelling client meetings and presentations to win exclusive mandates
- Build strategic relationships with HR teams & hiring managers
- Develop deep market knowledge of compensation trends and hiring patterns
- Maintain robust pipeline of active job orders and client relationships
Candidate Management (50%):
- Source, interview, and qualify high-caliber finance professionals from mid-level to C-suite
- Build extensive network of candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide career advisory services
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain detailed candidate database and relationship mapping
Requirements:
- 3-5 years agency recruitment experience (professional services sector strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of billings
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen and hunter mentality
