• Build wooden crates by strictly following provided technical blueprints and design requirements.
• Utilize various hand and power tools to accurately measure, trim, and join wood components.
• Perform thorough inspections of completed crates to verify they meet our high standards for quality and precision.
• Keep your workstation tidy and orderly to promote efficiency.
• Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve its daily production targets.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all established safety guidelines.
• Support the team by assisting with the handling of materials and tracking inventory levels.

• Completion of high school or an equivalent educational credential.
• Prior background in carpentry or woodworking is highly desirable.
• Capability to analyze and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in the secure and efficient operation of standard hand and power equipment.
• Demonstrate a high level of precision to ensure the delivery of superior quality work.
• Capable of functioning effectively both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member.
• Possess the physical endurance and strength required to handle heavy items and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
