Core Duties- Execute the setup, upkeep, and restoration of industrial equipment in alignment with project requirements.
- Perform routine machinery rigging and installation tasks to help guarantee peak operational efficiency.
- Identify mechanical malfunctions and apply prompt, functional fixes.
- Analyze technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to guide your work.
- Work alongside colleagues to boost overall output and refine operational workflows.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines.
- Record all service tasks and communicate critical observations to leadership.
- Completion of secondary education; a technical credential in millwrighting or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Demonstrated history of working as a Rigger and Millwright.
- Solid mechanical reasoning and diagnostic abilities.
- Proficiency in deciphering technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Competence in utilizing power tools, hand tools, and precision measurement devices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a group.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including extra hours when necessary.
